On July 29th, the Forum on China-Africa Digital Cooperation, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was held in Beijing. Digital ministers and ambassadors from over 40 African countries attended the forum. High-ranking representatives from related international organizations and think tanks, officials from China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Commerce, as well as representatives from relevant enterprises and financial institutions, participated in the event. Coremail, as a leading entity in China's email industry, was invited to attend. The representative of Coremail delivered a speech.

China and 26 African countries unveiled an Action Plan for China-Africa Digital Cooperation and Development at the forum, aiming to advance digital cooperation and development. China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has released a Collection of Cases on China's Assistance in Africa's Digital Development. The Email System Project of the Governmental Department of The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, submitted by Coremail, was included and is the only case in the email industry to be selected.

Wu Xiucheng, VP of Coremail and UA Ambassador of ICAAN, shared his insights on ';An AI-based Email Security Defense System'; at the forum. In the face of the current serious situation of AI security, Coremail provides a comprehensive, multi-mechanism protection strategy based on years of mail system development and service experience, and constructs an AI security defense system.

The Email System Project of the Governmental Department of The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire

The original email system used by the department was a certain open-source email system. In order to ensure the security of core information and promote the intelligent digital office of the government, the department has upgraded and transformed its full-stack infrastructure, with Coremail responsible for the email section.

ØIn the project, Coremail adopted a multi-site high availability model, which can automatically switch when a fault occur without service interruption.

ØBased on Coremail email system security capabilities, the data security level of the department has been strengthened.

ØCoremail's ultimate UX design and cutting-edge intelligent capabilities have greatly improved the efficiency of the department.

Through the upgrade and renovation of the full-stack infrastructure, the information flow within the Government Department of Côte d'Ivoire has become smoother. It has facilitated both internal and external email communication, leading to a more efficient government response to social needs and problem solving. Consequently, this enhancement has bolstered the government's credibility and governing capacity. Faced with the serious cyber security challenges, this project particularly focuses on the construction of an email security protection system. This comprehensive system includes anti-spam and anti-virus measures that cover all dimensions from architecture to scenarios and traceability. As a result, it ensures the secure operation of the government email system while effectively mitigating information data security threats.
